Quality Management System Policy
Owing to its historical, national and international mission and aligned with the program of the world chambers of commerce, Guilan CCIMA seeks to promote and develop the economy of the country in the scope of its activities, including: issuing membership and trade cards, issuing certificates of origin, providing legal requirements of economic enterprises, solving problems in the form of commissions and the secretariat of the central government council and the private sector, tax and social security dispute resolution boards, arbitration center, study and research center, training members and personnel at different levels in the form of holding training courses, seminars, workshops and conferences, helping the export process, and etc. This serious mission requires constructive organization, along with excellent quality. Therefore, the policy of Guilan CCIMA is to improve the position of this chamber at the national and global level and provide services based on the ISO 9001: 2015 by applying the latest standards, technical and managerial knowledge. This chamber seriously considers the continuous improvement of the management systems, reduction of risks, optimal use of opportunities, as well as customer satisfaction as its most important goals.
Guilan CCIMA has put the following goals at the top of its agenda in order to gain competitive advantage and achieve its vision:
♦ Cultivating and employing experts and experienced workforce by creating a progressive and knowledge-based organization and by increasing employee motivation for participation and social responsibility
♦ Improving the processes in order to improve the quality of the implementation of chamber projects
♦Increasing customer satisfaction and interest groups and promoting a customer-oriented culture at all organizational levels of the chamber
♦ Reducing risks and optimal use of opportunities
♦ Partnership with tech companies to transfer knowledge and create added value
♦ Improving the quality of advisory opinions on the country's economic issues
♦ Identifying potential markets for exporting goods and encouraging the presence of members in domestic and foreign exhibitions
♦ Increasing the knowledge and skills of employees in order to improve effectiveness and quality of providing services to members
♦ Empowering commissions and economic organizations through the exchange of thoughts and opinions of members of various commercial, industrial, mining and agricultural organizations
♦ Settling the claims of economic activists through the arbitration center of the Chamber
Guilan CCIMA is committed to the establishment, continuity and review of its quality management system in order to achieve the above goals and expects all colleagues to move in this direction with sincere and diligent cooperation, empathy and consensus.
The announced policy is of utmost importance for Guilan and it is in line with the commitment to continuous improvement and effectiveness of the quality management system based on ISO 9001 and it moves towards comprehensive quality management (TQM). Therefore, every task should be accomplished accordingly.
This policy, along with the quality goals, will be taken into consideration in the management review meetings and the performance of the Guilan Chamber will be supervised. If there is a need to change the policies and goals, the new policy of the organization will be compiled and communicated.
